Charles

This is just the way it is now on the left side of the aisle. They have so much hate built up about everything, that they can not honestly hold a serious debate about the issues. That is before they start to spout off the latest conspiracy or just resort to name calling. The left is hoping to see another Watergate or Iran-Contra with any conserative in power. They believe that anyone who isn't spitting in the face of the "man" and challenging authority is a sell out. Where did all of this come from? Basically it is left overs from those that missed the big social changes in the late 50's and early 60's. So they feel the need to turn anything that could be resolved by simple actions and abiding with the rules on the books into a big social issue. None of these people have been outside of thier own state let alone the country. Those that have don't try to challenge themselves and only travel with like minded folks so they can feel good about themselves and they can feel good to spout thier hatred of the country in someplace else.
The Angry extremist left is going to be something that this nation is going to have to deal with.

The voting booth. That's where we deal with the Angry Left. To the benefit of both sides. The unangry win, then stay unangry. The Angry Left lose, thus they get to keep their level of anger high, and they get to blame everyone else; stupid Americans, evil electronic voting machines, pregnant chads, butterfly ballots. Knowing they are genetically, physically, and intellectually superior allows them to place blame where it really belongs. Until 2008, it's Bush. Before that, Reagan. Before that, Nixon. Before that, McCarthy. All underpinned by big evil corporations.
