Even after a couple of decades, I can't keep my head from "banging" when I hear that song. That could be dangerous on Route Irish but, it is the perfect tune!

Robert chapman

IN FEDERAL COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE I been trying since March of 2004 to secure my right to exercise my religion, based on the commandments in the 1611 King James Version of the translation of the Hebrew Torah, and the Greek Writings called the New Testament. I hand delivered my beliefs to Alan Watson the Mayor of Monroe County, TN. In March of 2004 and followed it up with emails to him in the preceding months to no avail. He totally ignored my requests. On the 10 of Aug. 2005 I filed a lawsuit in the Chancery Court of Monroe County, TN. to secure my civil right as a citizen of the state of TN and United States of America. (See attached copy, attachment A.) The Mayor took the matter to the county attorney J. Lewis Kinnard. When presented with this matter, J. Lewis Kinnard of his on volition did agree to enter into a conspiracy with the Mayor of Monroe County, TN (For Money), to use his skills to deny (Robert T. Chapman) his rights as a citizen. J. Lewis Kinnard then did submit a written document, duly recorded in Chancery Court of Monroe County, requesting the Court to dismiss the case (letter enclosed in attachment A). J. Lewis Kinnard did not have to take this case, as he is an independent Attorney held on retainer, to represent the County of Monroe when asked. He thus has caused me one of the greatest mentally distressed periods of my life. Where I question, if every thing I have been taught in my life about the United States of America and what it stands for, is a (Lie). I think of my slain friends who died defending, what turns out to be LIE? I think of all the sleepless, and exhaustive periods of training that I put myself and my men thru when I was reserve commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve National Guard. The Worst Moment in my life came when standing in the court room at the dismissal hearing, knowing that just outside, were the names of all the men of Monroe County, who had died defending a (A LIE), were carved in granite slabs. I ask the court to award me from J. Lewis Kinnard who owes everything he has in life to the men who died and stood trained and ready to defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic, and all state constitutions, EVERYTHING HE OWNS except his clothing, and personal photos. For enjoining in a conspiracy to deny me my civil rights (as a citizen of this country),the mental duress of having been brought to the knowledge, that I have been lied to all my life. I also believe that there is no defense for the actions of J. Lewis Kinnard as of his own free will and choice, he became a domestic enemy to the Constitution of the United States, and see no reason he has grounds for an appeal or new trial. I ask the court at this time for a final verdict giving J. Lewis Kinnard 2 weeks to comply with this order or be held in contempt. That this court issue a cease and desist order keeping J. Lewis Kinnard from continuing to use his legal skills to deny Robert T. Chapman his civil rights. That all costs of this suit be adjudged to J. Lewis Kinnard. Your Fellow American Robert T. Chapman Federal case: 05-CV-487
