The Leftards finallly realize that defending a terrorist's imagined Constitutional rights is a loser.  As big a loser as they are.  And it's doubly clear that they believe that Obama is getting his ass kicked by Cheney in this debate, and the intellectual midget that is their Speaker is in over her empty head. 
Because all of a sudden, after 6+ years of not getting bored by the torture debate, they are now thoroughly bored with it.
