I keep hearing leading Democrats say that it's imperative that rich people, those who make more than $250k/year (full disclosure, I miss that mark by over $200k/year) owe it to America to pay more taxes. 

How about we look at this a bit different.  How about we say that those able-bodied people who are currently on welfare or some kind of entitlement from the government, owe it to America to get off their ass and get a job.  Any job.  Or if they can't currently get a job because of Obama's horrible economy, they volunteer at a school.  Or library.  Or clinic.  Why don't they owe something to America?
